Once your order is placed, our team reviews it and reaches out via call or WhatsApp to confirm your selections, delivery address, preferred cut style, and the expected delivery date.

Early each morning, our sourcing team visits Karachi Fish Harbour to hand-pick the freshest catch. Every fish is inspected for quality — only the best makes the cut. We work directly with trusted fishermen to ensure sustainable sourcing.
Cut, Pack & Dispatch
Your seafood is cleaned, scaled, de-veined, and cut to your specifications at our hygienic processing facility. It's then vacuum-sealed or ice-packed and dispatched the same day for maximum freshness.
Pay & Receive
Before we ship, you receive a detailed invoice on WhatsApp. Payment is simple — bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash on delivery. Your order arrives at your doorstep within 1–2 days in Karachi and 3–4 days nationwide.
