About Large Prawns
Introduction
Large Prawns are a versatile seafood favorite. Meaty, slightly sweet, and juicy, they are perfect for home cooking, BBQ nights, or special meals. They cook quickly, hold their shape, and stay tender inside, whether you fry, grill, roast, or toss them into a curry. Every bite is flavorful, satisfying, and easy to prepare.
Flavor Profile
The flesh of Large Prawns is firm and meaty, with a mild natural sweetness. They aren’t overpowering, but their flavor stands out. When fried or grilled, the outside crisps lightly while the inside remains tender and juicy.
